Sales engineer - Paris

About us

We build and sell a leading open source subscription and usage revenue management platform for businesses looking to launch and build recurring revenue businesses. Our solution provides a full quote-to-cash solution for telcos, cloud operators, IoT platforms and any type of business that requires an agile and robust solution capable of monetizing complex digital services.

Since launching our business in 2015, we’ve been growing rapidly and have a significant client base. We currently have 30 employees based primarily in France.

Job summary

To meet growing demand for our software solution, we’re looking to hire a sales engineer. Reporting directly to the sales director, your will be responsible for managing sales activity with the support of the sales, presales and product marketing teams.

Main responsibilities

  • Guarantee achievement of our sales and EBIT targets.
  • Develop our portfolio by opening new accounts and reinforcing our positions with existing customers.
  • Secure long-term profitability and growth by developing our alliances strategy (lead generation and indirect sales through IT integrators, consulting firms and other software companies).
  • Monitor customer satisfaction for managed accounts.
  • Follow market developments and competition in coordination with product marketing team.
  • Promote, communicate and develop awareness and image of solution with designated customers/markets.
  • Respect and apply internal processes and work methodologies.

Profile content

  • 5 years’ experience or more in similar functions
  • Business school or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in enterprise software: billing, e-commerce, ERP or BSS.
  • Fluent in French and English (TOEIC > 750)
